Documents Required to Apply for an Indian visa for UAE residents.

    1. Original Passport and a Copy:

    • Passport copy, which is valid for more than 06 months.

    1. Emirates ID Copy:

    • You need a copy of your Emirates ID card (the one you use for identification in the UAE).

    1. Passport-Sized Photos:

    • Photos taken recently (within the last 6 months). The background of the photos should be white.

How to Apply for an Indian Visit Visa from UAE

Step 1:

    • Online Application:
        • Visit the official eVisa website.

        • Fill out the application form with your personal details and passport information.

        • Upload required documents like a passport photo, Passport copy, and Emirates ID Copy.

        • Pay the visa fee online.

Step 2:

    • Approval Notification:
        • You will receive an email within 2-5 working days informing you about the visa approval status.

Step 3:

    • Travel to India:
        • If approved, you will receive an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) via email.

        • Present the ETA at one of the 16 designated international airports in India.

        • Immigration officials will verify your biometrics and stamp your visa upon arrival
