3. Completed and Signed Visa Application Form: This form requires personal details as well as information regarding your trip.
4. Passport-Sized Photographs: These should have a plain white background.
5. Flight Ticket Copy: This document outlines your travel itinerary to Vietnam.
6. Hotel Reservation Copy: This serves as proof of accommodation in Vietnam.
7. Valid Passport and Residence Visa: Both must remain valid for at least six months from the date of application to avoid expiration issues.
