If you possess a UAE passport, you can visit Poland for tourism, business, or family purposes without needing a visa. You are allowed to stay in the Schengen Area for up to 90 days within any 180-day timeframe.

While a visa isn't necessary, travellers must show the following items upon arrival:
- A biometric passport that remains valid for at least three months beyond your planned departure date.
- Evidence of accommodation, such as a hotel reservation or rental agreement.
- Travel medical insurance with a minimum coverage of €30,000 for emergencies or repatriation, which must be valid throughout the Schengen Area.
- Proof of adequate funds: around PLN 300 for stays of up to 4 days, PLN 75 for each additional day, plus an extra amount (around PLN 2,500) for return travel expenses.
Entry Conditions According to Schengen Regulations
All visitors must comply with the general requirements of the Schengen Border Code when entering, which include:
- Presenting valid travel documents (passport and visa if necessary).
- Demonstrating the purpose of your visit and having sufficient financial resources to support your stay and onward journey.
- Not being listed in the Schengen Information System or posing any risk to public order, health, or safety.
Important Information for Non-UAE Passport Holders Residing in the UAE
If you live in the UAE but hold a different nationality (such as Indian or Pakistani), you will need to secure a Schengen visa (Type C) before your trip. The necessary documents include:
- A completed visa application form, passport-sized photographs, a valid passport, travel insurance, proof of accommodation, flight itinerary, evidence of funds, documents verifying employment or civil status, and a cover letter.
The visa processing period usually ranges from 15 to 30 days; applicants are recommended to apply as early as six months ahead of their travel date, ideally four to six weeks prior to departure.
