Residents of the UAE
Individuals residing in the UAE, irrespective of their nationality, can also apply for a US visa from either Dubai or Abu Dhabi. The approval of the visa is contingent upon the type of passport held and compliance with U.S. visa requirements.
Documents Required for a US Tourist Visa from Dubai
When attending your interview, you must bring the following documents:
- Confirmation of the application form (DS-160)
- Appointment confirmation
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your employer or sponsor of your residence visa
- Original passport along with a copy of your residence visa and a copy of your Emirates ID
- Bank statements for the last six months
- Invitation letter (if applicable, from family, friends, or a company)
- Passport-sized photograph (with a white background)
- Trade License (for business owners)
